Made-to-Order Products
All of our products are made to order, and we aim to complete and ship all orders within 10 business days.

Custom Orders
Custom orders may require additional processing time. The timeline can vary depending on the complexity or size of the order. If more time is needed, we’ll contact you directly with an update.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times
We ship all orders within the United States via USPS. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

Standard Shipping (Ground Advantage):
Most small to medium-sized packages arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on destination, within the United States

USPS Priority Shipping:                                                                                                       Most small to medium-sized packages arrive within 2-3  business days, depending on destination, within the United States.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.
