Return & Cancellation Policy

All Sales Are Final
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective, as outlined below.

Reshipment Fees
If a package is returned to sender or needs to be reshipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.

Earrings
All earrings are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. However, if your earrings arrive damaged, or break within 7 days of being delivered, we are happy to offer a replacement (depending on style availability) or a refund for the item.

Please note:
Our earrings are handmade, and while we strive for quality and consistency, minor imperfections naturally occur because each item is unique. These minor variations do not qualify for refunds or exchanges. Rest assured — we never ship items that do not meet our standards.

Non-Refundable Items
Please note that Transfer Sheets are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. We make every effort to ensure that transfer sheets are carefully packaged and shipped appropriately to prevent damage during transit.

Order Cancellations
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.

Shipping & Lost Packages
Please be aware that USPS First Class is not insured.
